He completed undergraduate studies in Public Accounting at the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo.” He holds postgraduate qualifications, including diplomas in Higher Education, Business Management, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Tax Management and Procedures. He also has a specialization in Marketing and Taxation.

He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from UPB–USACH, a Doctorate in Development Management and Public Policies from UMSA, and a Postdoctoral degree in Accounting and Auditing from AAU.

Among his significant professional experience, he has provided services to service, industrial, and commercial companies, as well as non-profit organizations, in the areas of accounting, taxation, and finance. Additionally, he has gained experience in organizational development in Chile.

Finally, in the academic field, he has served as a university lecturer at private universities in Bolivia, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as well as in various universities in Bolivia and Panama.
