Our Natural Resources Department has sponsored and provided legal counseling to COMIBOL and YPFB, the main State corporations on mining and hydrocarbon matters respectively.
The services that we provide include:
- Construction and execution of joint venture agreements for the mining of hydrocarbons;
- Structure, negotiation, creation and legal management of business ventures related to mining, hydrocarbons and energy;
- Sale and purchase of companies in the mining industry including mergers and divisions and the funding of mining projects, commercialization of goods and others;
- Representation in administrative processes;
- Obtaining mining rights;
- Confirmation of prior acquisition of mining rights;
- Oppositions and summary mining proceedings;
- Expropriations and rights of way; and,
- Providing legal counsel on investments in mining and hydrocarbon companies.
