She studied Law at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (U.M.S.A.).

She is a Lawyer with extensive professional experience in Agrarian Matters, she performed functions in the I.N.R.A. General Directorate of Sanitation and Titling Unit, at the National Institute of Agrarian Reform, where she consolidated his knowledge in Sanitation of Agrarian Property. In the same way, she has experience in processing Rural Cadastre, in relation to the transfer of rustic or rural estates.

Finally, she started working in the OWNERSHIP LAW REGULARIZATION PROGRAM (PROREVI), assuming the position of National Legal Officer.
