He completed his studies at the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo”. He obtained a Master’s degree in Criminal and Criminological Sciences, a Diploma in Criminal Procedural Law, a Diploma in Application of the New Civil Procedural Code, a Diploma in Arbitration, Conciliation and Negotiation, a Diploma in Higher Education with a Focus on Competency-Based Teaching, a Diploma in Labor Law, and a Military Professorship from the Bolivian Air Force.

In his professional experience, he held the position of National Legal Director at the “Tte. Gral. German Busch” Mutual Society, and was also the National Legal Director of the Military Air Transport company (TAM). He has been an Attorney and External Legal Consultant for the international company FOPECA S.A (Ecuador). He is currently an Attorney and Legal Consultant for the international company SANTA FE LTDA (Costa Rica), and for financial and private entities in Bolivia.
