Among his significant experience as a lawyer and legal consultant in the mining area, he has provided services in public and private organizations, among them we can mention: Head of the Legal Department of the Bolivian Mining Corporation. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bolivar Mining Project signed between the company Minera Sinchi Wayra S.A. and the Bolivian Mining Corporation – COMIBOL. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eucalyptus Sulfuric Acid Factory “FASE-RC” signed between the Military Social Security Corporation – COSSMIL and the Bolivian Mining Corporation COMIBOL. Head Director of the MUTUN-RC Shared Risk Contract signed between the Company JINDAL STEEL BOLIVIA S.A. and the MUTUN STEEL COMPANY. And to the present General Director of Mining Contracts Private Mining Companies.

Finally, in the academic field, he has worked as a university professor at the undergraduate level in private universities and pre-faculty at the Public University of Bolivia. I participate as a speaker on behalf of Bolivia, in the First Workshop convened by the ANDEAN COMMUNITY OF NATIONS – CAN of the Committee to Fight Illegal Mining. Quito, Republic of Ecuador.
