Holds a Diploma of Excellence in Notarial Law from the Universidad Real de la Cámara Nacional de Comercio  (2021) and a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. (2008).

In his professional career, he has provided services in important institutions such as SAFI UNIÓN S.A., where he served as Transparency Officer and was a member of the ethics committee. Later, he was the legal head of the company, providing legal advice to the Board and all internal instances of the company on legal and juridical matters.

He was part of the Ministry of Transparency and the Fight Against Corruption as a Specialist in monitoring complaints at the national level. He also worked at the Ministry of Education of the Plurinational State of Bolivia as a Professional V in charge of Disciplinary Regime.

Currently, he works as a specialized professional in civil, labor, and administrative law.
