Mijail Boris Tovar studied Laws at Franz Tamayo Private University. He graduated with honors and he got the Cum Laude distinction. Also he got specializations in Conciliation, Negotiation and Arbitration (MARC).

He was one of the legal specialists and editors of the web application SUPERCONTRATO – www.supercontrato.com.

He is a member of the International Arbitration Commission for the defense of Bolivia of the Law Firm Rigoberto Paredes & Asociados.

He has served as a lawyer for important national and international organizations, including: TESA TAPE CHILE S.A., World Korei Corporation S.A. de CV, Drilling do Brasil Ltda, AGRO BIO PARTICIPAÇÕES SA, Corena Group, Biocosmetica Exel Argentina SRL, Axity Chile, Europartners Mexico, Biopro Bolivia SRL, ONG Prosalud, GRAFENTC SRL, INDSOL SRL, PLOTTERANDINA SRL, Engranaje de la Logística SRL, Monterrey Construcciones SRL, DICCON SA, Hiltrabol SA, IRCAMC SRL, Cooperativa Minera Aurifera Union Cangalli, Restaurante GUSTU, Fundacion Meltin Pot, many of these companies have foreign capital.

Currently, his professional practice focuses on the field of Intellectual Property, Corporate and Contractual Law, while developing academic research in this area.
