He studied Laws at the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo”. He got his postgraduet studies in Banking Law. As well he completed his Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at the Ibero-American University Foundation, with a degree from the European University of the Atlantic.

He has been a consultant and lawyer for several national and international companies, including: University Social Security, “Ayuda en Acción” Foundation, Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Plan International Inc., ICONTEC, Committee Executive of the Universidad Boliviana CEUB, among others.

He has also assisted companies in different areas in the conduct of mergers and dissolution of companies.
